Our property is home to seals, whales, otters, eagles and more. The shores of the PRSRV harbor some of the healthiest coastline remaining in the region, and has been referred to as the “Seal Sanctuary of the Strait!” On any given day you’re likely to see these beautiful creatures in their natural habitat.

PRSRV properties are developed (we use that word lightly) for the the adventurers, van-lifers and outdoor enthusiasts of the world! We seek out property at risk of development for private or commercial purposes and aim to preserve these lands in their native form as much as possible. Painstaking efforts are taken to leave the land as untouched and wild as possible, while creating a comfortable and unique experience off the beaten path, right where you want to be!
